More than a gym, this multi-boutique studio offers an abundance of classes — all in one membership. Here you'll discover a variety of reformer Pilates, yoga and barre formats, goal-focused small-group training, and core strength & conditioning programs — all inside The Shops at Riverside!

Alpha

Olympic-style lifting and conditioning. Full-body progressively programmed workout with a blend of power/Olympic weightlifting (strength) and metabolic conditioning (cardio). Most of your time will be spent on lifting platforms, progressing through increasingly technical movement patterns with the guidance of a coach. While this format is centered around strength, cardiovascular training is programmed to heart rate zones for a complete program

GTX

Your daily dose of progressively planned cardio and strength. 50% of class will be on the cardio equipment, 50% will be on the floor with bodyweight or weighted movements. With heart rate-based interval training (on a treadmill or alternative low-impact Machine), resistance coaching and a comprehensive weekly plan, you’ll always have the right formula to keep you improving your overall fitness.

Pilates

Two Pilates studio spaces host six different Pilates offerings. Pilates 1 is the home of our reformer offerings ranging from classical and controlled to contemporary and dynamic. Pilates 2 houses the first chair-only offerings at Life Time as well as TRX and Pilates classes fused with yoga. Multiple levels in each spaces allows you to continue to progress as you build confidence and strength.

Ultra Fit

Combines speed interval training on the treadmill with balance and stability movements to promote optimal health and boost your metabolism. Expect to get FASTER and build core strength and stability using unstable surfaces. Build to your maximum sprinting power while incorporating full-body strength and coordination. You will spend time in zones 2–5, building to your max sprint effort by the end of the hour.

YOGA

Warrior Sculpt, FLOW, ROOT, SOL, Surrender, & Ashtanga Vinyasa. Build strength, restore flexibility and de-stress body and mind with classes suited to yogis of all levels. Enjoy our yoga classes in club, on demand or via livestream — they are all included with membership.

MB360

A mind body training program that combines meditation, mobility and functional strength and conditioning. A high-energy class where mental and physical performance are one, the music is epic and everyday is uniquely programmed. Improve the way you move and feel in your body.
