“I was one of the first members of this location of Lifetime Studios and now this place feels like my second home. I generally like to finish my days with a GTX, Pilates or Alpha class. The robust array of classes and the well thought out schedule makes it incredibly easy for me to be consistent and hold myself accountable to my own fitness standards. I have taken advantage of the assortment of classes to improve flexibility via the use of the Pilates studios, I do not hate running anymore (this one is big) and I am learning to use correct form for Olympic-style weightlifting.
